Requesting Access to the Janrain Support Portal, Janrain Dashboard, Console, or Customer Insights

Janrain Support Portal (https://support.janrain.com)

An existing authorized Janrain Customer Support Portal user from your organization must make a request for Janrain to add new users from the organization. Please use this form: https://janrain.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/create/60

Note: Some Janrain customers designate specific individuals within their organizations are are authorized to submit "Add User" requests. Feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you would like to provide such instructions.


Janrain Dashboard (https://dashboard.janrain.com) and Janrain Console (location varies by customer)

For Security and governance purposes, Janrain customers manage their own applications and access to those applications within the Dashboard or Console interfaces. Please use the "People" tab within the Janrain Dashboard and the "Manage Agents" interface within the Janrain Console to manage access for your organization. In rare cases, Janrain will add/remove/modify access after thoroughly verifying a requestor's identity. Typically, this occurs in situations where there are no other authorized users within your organization who can grant such access.
